Sanjay Tiwari

Sanjay Tiwari has been in the field of accounting and taxation for almost 3 decades. He is instrumental in statutory and internal audits, taxation planning and compliances to clientele coming from various sectors including construction. He has a proven track record of administration and planning to execute the assignments within a timeframe. He is the face of the firm while liaising with various government authorities including tax authorities.

Ashish Arya

Ashish Arya has extensive experience of more than 21 years in portfolio management â€“ Risk and business function. He has worked with various banks like ICICI, Dhanlaxmi Bank and NBFCâ€™s like Fullerton, Magma Housing Finance and Aryarth Housing Finance. His expertise and experience in banking and finance sectors help in delivering value added services to the clientele.

Kiran Gawde

Kiran Gawde has been part of senior management in various logistics companies before venturing in practice as a team member of the firm. His overall experience is almost 25 years in the field of accounting, MIS, compliances, ROC, internal audits etc.

Rakesh Shukla

Rakesh Shukla has been in practice for 2 decades with exposure to audit, tax (direct and indirect) compliances, finance, accounting etc. His initials stint of practice has been with one of the best firms of chartered accountants in Mumbai. His experience in auditing and assurance, especially SME. He is responsible for planning and compliance of SME audits and periodical filing forfirmâ€™s clientele.

Divyesh Sudra

Divyesh Sudra, youngest member of the management team, is part of the major audit assignments including statutory and tax audits. He is mainly responsible for periodical filing, planning for non-corporates clientele base of the firm.

In the field of Direct Taxation, he has successfully advised for tax planning, tax audits, returns, trust registered under Section 12 of the Income Tax Act, 1961, assessments under the Income Tax Act, 1961 etc.
